Data Analyst
The EU External Fulfillment Ops Excellence team is looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated Data Analyst to help create data backed insights. The data analyst will be responsible to analyze data to support support programs, dig deep into data to determine root cause of defects, build and maintain decision support tools, and present findings to business partners. In addition the Data Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining key metrics for business reviews.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to support decision-making processes
Help maintain and review KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Support the EU External Fulfillment Network with basic data requests
Contribute to data analysis that informs recommendations for EU EF Leadership
Participate in data mining and basic problem-solving tasks
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (Level 3 according to European Qualification Framework EQF )
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of data analysis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Problem solving experience
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with basic data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of Amazon systems and processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Interest in learning new technical tools
- Basic understanding of data visualization concepts
- Ability to maintain attention to detail
- Good communication skills
