Role overview
We are seeking a Python Developer specialized in GenAI architecture to design, build and support libraries, scaffolds and reusable components that accelerate GenAI-based applications. The role focuses on creating extensible tooling and microservices, researching state-of-the-art GenAI technologies, and supporting development teams across projects.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement reusable Python libraries, scaffolds and components for GenAI applications.
Build microservices using FastAPI to expose GenAI functionality.
Research, prototype and review current GenAI / LLM techniques and recommend adoption paths.
Support development teams with technical guidance, incident resolution and integration issues.
Apply clean code practices, design patterns and automated testing.
Package and run components in containers collaborate on CI/CD automation.
Instrument and monitor services using cloud observability tools.
Required skills experience
5+ years professional experience in Python development.
Strong experience building reusable tools/modules and projects from scratch.
Hands-on with FastAPI and Python packaging/tools (Pip, Poetry).
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, testing and design patterns.
Experience with containers (Docker) and production deployments.
Familiarity with AWS services (CloudWatch, X-Ray, AppRunner/Fargate, Lambda).
Experience with CI/CD workflows and tools (Git, Jenkins, Sonar).
Comfortable documenting solutions and collaborating in Agile teams.
Desirable
Practical experience with LLM libraries or GenAI research/prototyping.
Prior exposure to GenAI productionization (vector DBs, inference orchestration, prompt engineering).
Experience with observability and tracing for ML-backed services.
