Project Manager IT

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering key infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity deployments, and IT compliance projects.
Identify interdependencies, risks, capacity constraints, and resource requirements to ensure robust execution and change management.
Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external) to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget.
Act as the main point of contact between cybersecurity/infrastructure leads and other business or IT stakeholders.
Support as Project Manager the planning and implementation of cybersecurity frameworks, network/security hardening, endpoint protection, and access management improvements.
Track project metrics, maintain dashboards (e.g., SmartSheet or equivalent), and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
Ensure documentation, testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
Promote adoption through structured change management and training support.
Escalate risks and issues proactively and participate in governance meetings as required.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP ACP, Kanban certification or equivalent is highly desirable. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred. Cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and ITIL certifications will be valued.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Infrastructure / Cybersecurity.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), infrastructure platforms (cloud/on-prem), and risk management.
Advanced knowledge of O365 collaboration suite particularly Teams, Excel and Power point
Data migration and integration experience preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Proven experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
Experience managing projects with 15+ stakeholders across multiple regions. Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when needed. Can drive decisions without technical authority. Own project delivery from planning to go-live
