Senior SAP Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate activities related to the integration of compañía processes within a large-scale ERP transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring experience in enterprise system deployments, a solid technical foundation, and strong interesados management skills to ensure smooth collaboration between compañía and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership
- Drive the implementation of integrated negocio processes within a modern ERP environment.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies and manage associated risks and issues.
- Technical Coordination
- Align internal technical teams and external partners around integration requirements and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as liaison between compañía users, data owners, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and interesadas on progress and risk mitigation.
- Issue Management
- Proactively identify and resolve integration-related challenges during implementation and stabilization phases.
- Documentation
- Maintain clear and comprehensive records of integration processes, workflows, and configurations. Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP or enterprise system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives. Preferred Skills:
- ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Experience in global or multi-site implementations.
