Senior Global CRM Product Owner

Develop the strategic direction, roadmap and product backlog for CRM Marketing platforms and products.
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
Translate commercial priorities and CRM strategy into actionable product initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency and revenue generation.
Develop business cases and value assessments for new product capabilities and platform enhancements.
Ensure all roadmap priorities are aligned to measurable business outcomes and agreed OKRs.

Lead definition activities to understand customer, user and business problems.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities.
Use customer insights, behavioural data, user feedback and performance metrics to inform decisions.
Work with BAs to define epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritise product initiatives using value, effort, risk and strategic impact.
Validate proposed solutions before development begins

Own and maintain a transparent, prioritised product backlog.
Balance business demand, technical requirements and strategic priorities.
Manage competing stakeholder needs and make informed prioritisation decisions.
Work with delivery teams to plan releases and roadmap milestones.
Ensure teams are working on the most valuable opportunities at any given time.

Act as the primary point of contact for CRM product initiatives.
Build strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data, BI, Legal and Compliance teams.
Communicate product vision, roadmap progress and delivery outcomes clearly.
Facilitate alignment on priorities, trade-offs and investment decisions.
Influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across complex initiatives

Work closely with engineering, delivery and business analysis teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and prioritisation.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
Drive continuous optimisation based on performance data and user feedback.
Champion an iterative, test-and-learn approach to product development.

Ensure CRM products support robust customer data management and governance practices.
Champion privacy-by-design principles across all CRM and Martech capabilities.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, consent management requirements and organisational data policies.
Partner with Legal, Security and Data Governance teams to manage risks and regulatory obligations.

Define and monitor product success measures and KPIs.
Track adoption, engagement, lead generation, conversion, retention and operational efficiency metrics.
Measure delivery outcomes against agreed business cases and objectives.
Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to demonstrate value.
Drive product adoption through training, communication, change management and enablement activities.Stay current with CRM, Martech and customer engagement trends.

Monitor emerging technologies, vendor capabilities and industry best practices.
Evaluate opportunities to improve customer experiences through AI, automation, personalisation and data-driven marketing.
Recommend strategic platform enhancements that create competitive advantage.

Essential

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or CRM Product Lead.
Strong experience owning CRM, Martech or Marketing Technology products.
Experience working with marketing automation, customer data and customer engagement platforms.
Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing and customer journey design.
Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and Agile delivery teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience defining and tracking KPIs and product performance metrics.
Knowledge of GDPR, consent management and customer data governance.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, CDPs or equivalent Martech platforms.
Experience in B2B lead generation and marketing operations.
Exposure to AI-enabled marketing and personalisation capabilities.
Experience managing third-party technology vendors and implementation partners.
