Infrastructure Solution Architect
Own the end-to-end architecture for:
Microsoft workplace solutions (e.g. Windows 11, InTune, Autopilot, Autopatch, Hello for Business)
Supporting infrastructure platforms (Domain services, DNS, DFS, Certificate Services, RADIUS, etc.)
Mobile solutions (including Bring-your-own)
Define and maintain global reference architectures, standards, and roadmaps
Produce and govern architecture artifacts (HLDs, LLDs, principles and standards)
Define standards for Windows operating systems including lifecycle, security, and integration
Design and support hybrid environments across SaaS, PaaS and IaaS platforms
Architect global IAM solutions including Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC
Act as architectural authority for vendor-delivered solutions
Support RFPs, vendor selection, and design assurance
Challenge vendor proposals where required
Act as escalation point for complex cross-region technical issues
Design solutions for multiple regions and time zones
Provide technical leadership across global programmes
Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Drive standardisation, automation, and simplification
Act as a senior technical escalation for complex incidents
Support root-cause analysis and remediation

At least 3-years working as a Solutions Architect within a multi-national company
Experience of working in a globally distributed, hybrid team environment
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 workplace services and their dependencies
Knowledge and experience at scale of modern Windows deployment and asset management toolsets - InTune and AutoPilot
Expertise in EntraID, including Conditional Access, MFA and RBAC
Experience in the deployment, security and operation of large-scale mobile device environments (IOS and Android)
Strong knowledge of PKI / Certificate Services and Certificate Lifecycle Management
Strong experience in E-mail architecture - Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments, Mimecast and associated DNS and security mechanisms
Ability to produce clear, high-quality architecture documentation (HLDs, LLDs, standards and roadmaps)
A calm, methodical approach under pressure
Some experience in Azure/AWS hosted Windows Server operating systems, deployment (Terraform, Ansible a benefit) Security hardening, integration, backup
Curiosity and willingness to stay current with evolving/emerging Microsoft technologies
International end client company based in Hospitalet de Llobregat
