WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

We are looking to expand our team with a cybersecurity systems engineer who will lead cybersecurity activities in our designs for ground segments for satellite navigation systems. This multidisciplinary group includes aerospace, software, hardware and network experts responsible for designing the architecture of the ground components that support complex missions such as Galileo or LEO PNT. - Preparing and reviewing security documentation (designs, plans, technical notes, etc.)
- Working closely with the cybersecurity team to define the security model (e.g. selection of operating systems, hardening activities, deviations, etc.)
- Acting as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and other technical teams to ensure proper alignment
- Contributing to process definition, with a focus on establishing security by design
- Identifying potential risks and threats to the system
- Providing technical support to segment teams and customers
- Interacting with the customer (ESA) and subcontractors (within Europe), including attending reviews, executing/supervising formal test milestones, etc.
- Evolving the security strategy

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for cybersecurity experts with training and an interest in cybersecurity applied to systems engineering. The main requirements are:
- Experience in security architectures for complex IT systems
- Experience in secure network design
- Experience in cybersecurity (Red Team and Blue Team)
- Experience in security risk management
- Experience in virtualization architectures
- C1 level of English (you will lead meetings in English with customers such as the European Space Agency)
