Job Title: Senior Fullstack Engineer Angular Node.js
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid 2 days/week onsite)
Priority: Critical
Start Date: ASAP
Description:
We are seeking a Senior Full stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular and Node.js to join a newly
formed team working in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and
will collaborate closely with both the local team in Barcelona and a client-based team in France. The role
also includes mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust full stack applications using Angular and Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers.
Support and mentor junior developers within the team.
Participate in client meetings and ensure technical alignment with business requirements.
Ensure high standards in code quality, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js.
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Organized, proactive, and highly motivated individual.
Valued Skills:
Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with RESTful services and DynamoDB.
Previous experience working in or with the insurance sector is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in full stack development roles.
