We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analytics senior analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, leading forecasting, planning, and insights generation to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires both hands-on capabilities and leadership skills to manage and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting and planning processes to support business objectives.
- Oversee data and ETL management, ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of datasets.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau to enable effective data visualization and reporting.
- Develop and update SQL logic to support data pipelines, analyses, and reporting needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across different business units.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, acting as a team player to drive alignment and shared goals.
- Provide team management and mentorship, fostering growth and ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in forecasting, planning, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

- Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
