Analyst/Support 365 - Copilot

You take on responsibility for the support and further development of our M365 environment.
A key focus is the introduction and continuous support of M365 Copilot and other AI Tools to drive the use of modern AI capabilities within the company.
You coordinate cross-departmental topics in the M365 environment and ensure that requirements are implemented efficiently.
In addition, you conduct training sessions for users and IT colleagues to share knowledge and promote the adoption of new technologies.
Alongside contributing to projects within the department, you take on the role of a 3rd-level support agent and handle complex inquiries that go beyond standard support.

Experience with M365 support and IA Agents - Copilot
You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or hold a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience working with M365 as well as in the administration and further development of M365 environments is desirable.
You bring solid knowledge of AI tools and have experience with M365 Copilot.
You stand out through a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and facilitation skills.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
