Master Data is the backbone of any digital enterprise - getting it right is essential to enable automation, enhance decision-making, and deliver seamless customer experiences. As we continue to industrialize our data landscape, we are looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference by ensuring that our MDM systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with our global data strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as PMO for the solution rollout: organize and moderate workshops, structure stakeholder communication, and prepare presentations and documentation
- Collect, specify, and prioritize requirements in close coordination with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Negotiate release plans and rollout priorities in alignment with leadership
- Track implementation progress and ensure business readiness, including process alignment, data availability, and data quality
- Monitor compliance with business requirements and interface documentation, validate data during testing, and drive post-implementation reviews
- Identify risks early, lead mitigation planning, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote agile ways of working and ensure consistency in cross-functional collaboration
- Support leadership engagement and foster adoption of MDM principles across teams and regions.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, or digital product implementation
- Experience in PMO activities including workshop facilitation, structured documentation, and senior-level reporting.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English German language skills are an advantage.
