As we continue to grow, we are building a talent pipeline for Delivery Leads who want to drive Agile teams, enable data-driven solutions, and make a real impact.

WERE ESPECIALLY INTERESTED IN PROFILES WITH EXPERIENCE IN:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle SQL, GitHub, and REST APIs.
- Proven experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) delivering projects successfully.
- Experience working with data platforms and analytics environments, including data integration, migration, and modeling.
- Knowledge of data warehouses, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices.
- Strong ability to lead Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
