IT Project Manager (SaaS B2B)
Drive end-to-end project execution, from initial kickoff to successful delivery and project closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Define comprehensive project scopes, realistic timelines, key milestones, and tangible deliverables, balancing innovation with practical execution.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams, fostering seamless collaboration and ensuring timely progress toward shared goals.
Spearhead strategic integrations with key technology partners (including IAM, security platforms, and device vendors), expanding the ecosystem and extending market influence.
Act as the primary liaison for partners throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless execution.
Proactively communicate project status, potential risks, and critical dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, strategic roadmaps, regular progress reports, and insightful post-mortem analyses to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.
Identify potential project risks early in the lifecycle and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and priorities to maximize productivity and achieve project objectives.
Evaluate existing processes, tools, and team workflows, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize quality, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.

5+ years of experience in IT project management (software or SaaS solutions).
Managing technical integrations or partner implementations.

5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within a B2B software or technology-driven/SaaS environments.
Demonstrated success in managing technical integrations, cross-functional initiatives, or partner implementations in global environments.
Exceptional organizational skills and a consistent history of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate project details and drive alignment across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms, or endpoint management technologies is highly desirable.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with global teams and partners.

Our client is a Technology company specialized in enabling secure and efficient distribution and management of B2B software. It provides solutions to centralize deployments, control access, and optimize the lifecycle of internal applications.

Permanent contract in a global company within the Technology sector.
Competitive salary range between 50,000 and 70,000 gross per year + bonus (The final offer will depend on the candidates seniority demonstrated throughout the selection process.)
