Digital Marketing Lead Spain | B2B

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing activities for the groups three Spanish companies, all operating exclusively in the B2B industrial sector. This is a newly created role with high visibility and ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead all digital marketing execution for the Spanish market, focusing on lead generation (MQLs).
Manage and optimise Google Ads, paid media, SEO, website content and performance.
Develop local content for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and product-focused assets.
Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into clear recommendations and improvements.
Manage, challenge, and gradually reduce dependency on external agencies.
Collaborate closely with the General Managers of each business unit, sales teams, and the Group Marketing Director (UK).
Ensure alignment with commercial priorities and provide structured reporting on results and ROI.
Over time, offer light digital support to smaller European markets (e.g., Poland, Norway).
Contribute to building a scalable digital marketing framework within the region.
Lead the digital function for three growing B2B businesses in Spain.
High impact role focused on driving measurable lead generation.
We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer with strong performance orientation and the ability to work autonomously.Required:
3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Strong command of Google Ads, analytics, SEO, and paid media optimisation.
Excellent analytical skills and comfort interpreting campaign and funnel data.
Experience challenging and managing digital agencies.
Native-level Spanish and professional English (essential for working with international teams).
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and operate across several business units.
Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and strong execution ability.
Desirable:
Experience in B2B, industrial, construction, or technical sectors.
Experience working with acquired or multi-brand environments.
Exposure to international or multi-country structures.
