JOIN THE TEAM
We are currently seeking a talented Delivery Lead to join our team at BASFs Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. The SAP Technical Lead - S/4HANA Basis is responsible for leading the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems. This role ensures system stability, performance, and availability while supporting business-critical SAP landscapes. The individual will provide technical leadership, drive BASIS strategy, and oversee migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of providing technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product Team.
- Understand the technical requirements of deliverables and align them with the Solution Design/Architecture Diagram, collaborating with the Solution Architect as necessary.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including developed code, stored in Azure DevOps.
- Support the Product Team with technical troubleshooting for the smooth implementation and maintenance of the solution, collaborating with the development team.
- Collect feedback, address impediments, and advocate for process improvement, teamwork, and adherence to APB/Is ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate productive team meetings, fostering equal participation through open communication to promote collaboration and innovation.
- Align new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure successful implementation, offering training or coaching for enhanced collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Computer Science
- At least 5 years of experience in:- Internal External Stakeholder Management.
- Extensive experience in software development, architecture and solution design.
- Leadership experience within Agile Organizations.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in documentation to maintain technical documentation and code.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Understanding Solution Design/Architecture Diagrams and align technical requirements
- Azure DevOps
- Full professional proficiency in English
