The selected candidate will report to the Marketing Director and will manage a team. The main responsibilities of the role are
Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.
Generate information on consumer customer trends and behaviour competitive activity as well as performance of the communications and brands.
Monitor and analyze Market trends for the Iberia markets including research consumer and industry inputs.
Identify analyze and interpreting market trends and consumer behaviour.
Drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Manage a team of data and insights experts and fostering a collaborative environment.
Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and goals.
Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to the companys brand image and values.
Presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders and senior management.

A successful Head of Strategic Insights should have
A strong educational background in marketing business or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior insights role within the FMCG industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
